Ticketing Terms & Conditions

  1. Tickets are Valid for AIR KBZ only and non-transferable.
  2. Selling Fares are equal to Air fares, YQ, YR and Airport Tax.
  3. Child fares are equal to 75% of applicable adult fare, YQ, YR and Airport Tax.
  4. Infant Fares for Foreigner passenger shall be charged at 5 USD for fare and 3 USD for YQ for any sector which is not applicable for agent commission and non-refundable
  5. Infant Fares for local passenger shall be charged at 2USD for fare and 3 USD for YQ for any sector which is not applicable for agent commission and non-refundable.
  6. Child must be the age of between 2 to 12 years old.
  7. Infant must be under 2 years old.
  8. Infant fares are not occupied seat and if infant is occupying seat, then that infant need to pay child fare.
  9. Fuel Surcharge is subject to change depending on aviation fuel price.
  10. Both adults and child passengers are need to pay Domestic Departure Airport Tax MMK 3,000 for RGN,MDL and NYT airport and MMK 1000 for the rest domestic airport or the equivalent USD as shown in system will be collected at the time of ticket issue.
  11. VOID ticket is not allowed.

Refund

  1. Refund can be arranged at respective ticket issuance offices according to ticket validity. 75% of Purchased ticket value and applicable taxes will be refunded except V, P and I class.
  2. VOW, POW and IOW Class can be refunded 50% of Purchased ticket value and Applicable Taxes.
  3. For WRT, BRT, HRT, NRT and QRT- round trip fares are refundable within validity. If one way ticket is used in round trip ticket, the unused ticket can be refundable with the refund fees 25% of the rest one way fare and applicable taxes. (Available only at low season)
  4. For VRT, PRT and IRT -round trip fares are refundable within validity. If one way ticket is used in round trip ticket, the unused ticket can be refundable with the refund fees 50% of the rest one way fare and applicable taxes. (Available only at low season)

Ticket Name Change

Name change are allowed with the following fees:

  1. USD25 for W, B, H and V class per passenger per PNR.
  2. USD 10 for N and Q class fare per passenger per PNR.
  3. USD 20 for P and I class fare per passenger per PNR.
  4. USD10 for wrong spelling at any booking classes.
  5. Name change is not allowed for group FOC tickets.

Cancellation / Date Change

  1. A cancellation fee of USD 5 will be charged if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to flight except "W and N class"
  2. A no show fee of USD 10 will be charged for every class except " W and N class".
  3. For GV10 and GV 15, If cancellation is made after tickets issued, 50% of the ticket value will be charged as penalty and USD 5 per ticket for admin fees.
  4. Date change/Flight Change allows for promotion classes V and I with USD 10 and the appropriate fare difference before departure 48 hours.

Ticket Time Limit

Ticket time limit will be shown in the PNR according to booking period and booking classes.
