Ticketing Terms & Conditions

  1. Tickets are Valid for Mingalar only. Non-transferable.
  2. Selling Fares are equal to Air fares, YR and Airport Tax.
  3. Child fares are equal to 75% of Adult Nett fares. Child is between 2 to 12 years of age.
  4. Infant fares for Foreigner USD8 and Local MMK9,500. Infant fares are Non-refundable. Infant is under 2 years of age. If one parent is travelling with more than one infant (max 2), one infant enjoys infant fare with no seat and the others buy child fare.
  5. Adults and children airfares must be added airport tax MMK3,000 (from Yangon, Mandalay and Naypyidaw airport) and airport tax MMK1,000 (from the rest airports) per airport departure per person.
  6. Fuel surcharges is subject to change depending on aviation fuel price.
  7. Void is not allowed.

Refund

  1. Refund can be arranged at respective ticket issuance offices according to ticket validity. 75% of Purchased ticket vale and applicable taxes will be refunded.

Ticket Name Change

Name change are NOT allowed.

Cancellation / Date Change

For Foreigner 

  1. Change Fees: USD5.00 per change.
  2. No-show fees: USD10.00 per flight coupon basis.

For Myanmar

  1. Change Fees: MMK15,000 per change.
  2. No-show fees: MMK30,000 per flight coupon basis.

No-show fees will be imposed if booking not cancel / reissue 02 hours before the original flight departure time.

Ticket Time Limit

Ticket time limit will be shown in the PNR according to booking classes.
